Check-in at the West Campus Conference Desk located in Lander Hall. To contact the Lander Desk, please call 206-543-0235. Lander Hall is located on NE Campus Parkway and can be accessed from the airport using a variety of transportation options. Check-in/out times are provided below.

Seattle weather is generally mild, with temperatures averaging 70–80°F. Heat waves do occur periodically, and campus buildings, including the residence halls, are not air-conditioned. Be prepared for cooler evenings and occasional rain showers.
For those who prefer to bring their own linen and towels, choosing a color other than white or beige helps housekeeping to identify personal items.
The UW is a pedestrian campus; bring comfortable shoes and be prepared to walk.
Located on campus, residence halls serve as conference housing and provide easy access to campus meeting spaces and services. All rooms are furnished with twin-size beds, desks, bedding, towels, a small fan, soap and drinking cups.
West Campus—Private Bath: Conference guests will reside in double- or single-occupancy rooms with private baths, nightstands, dressers and toilet paper. These residence halls feature wireless Internet and close proximity to the Henry Art Gallery and the Meany Hall for the Performing Arts. West Campus also boasts our all-you-care-to-eat dining facility, Local Point at Lander Hall, our full-service restaurant (Cultivate) and campus grocery store (District Market). For off-campus activities, guests have easy access to The Ave, which hosts a number of restaurants, late-night activities and retail establishments.
Residence hall rooms are arranged corridor-style by floor with each floor sharing a large lounge.
Guests from different conferences, both youth and adults, may share the same building, floor and dining room.
Rooms in University of Washington residence halls are available to TACC attendees. You may book a single or a double (shared) room. Each room will have a private bathroom.
The standard Housing Package is for 5 nights, with arrival time being Sunday, August 28, 2016 after 2 p.m., and departure Friday, September 26, 2016 by 11 a.m. Check-in location: Lander Hall Front Desk.
Attendees may extend their stay as much as 2 nights early and/or two nights after close of conference. If you wish to add an early arrival or late departure date beyond the 5 day package, the estimated cost is an additional $62.50 per person for double occupancy or $99.25 for a single, per person, per night.
There is no credit for shorter stays.
